Mrs Lisa Chisholm
School Business Manager/Deputy DSL/Data Protection Officer/SLT
I have worked in the office at Stratford Primary for just over 10 years and continue to thoroughly enjoy every day, no two days are ever the same. Watching the new Reception class nervously come in on their first day to waving them goodbye at the end of Year 6 is always an emotional moment. Prior to working at school, while my girls were here I was involved in the Parents’ Association for many years as well as classroom volunteering.
I have two daughters, both of whom attended this school, Jess is now in her third year at Cheltenham University training to become a primary school teacher and Lottie has just moved to Oxford where she is training in retail.
Before spending several years at home with my girls when they were young, I worked mainly in administration and marketing, initially in London and then returned to help set up a boat building company in Tewkesbury which took me around Europe and to all the major national and international boat shows, and then returned to work in Stratford at a slightly more leisurely pace before having my children.
I have a very spoilt Jack Russell who takes up a lot of my time, consequently my hobbies generally include a lot of walking, preferably with a decent pub with a log fire at the end. I am an avid sports fan, particularly cricket and also enjoy reading detective and historical novels, although having just discovered Game of Thrones these two activities have taken a back seat!
I am a keen cook and enjoy entertaining.
Mrs Michelle Dale
Admin Assistant
I was born in Stratford and have lived and worked in the area for many years. Educated in Stratford, I went on to study media at Coventry University but over the last 20 years I have worked in HR Management before joining Stratford Primary in 2022. However, my association with the school started many years before this as a parent, which also included serving as 3 years as chair of Friends of Stratford Primary.
I regularly serve as Presiding Officer in Elections and have been involved in the National Census.
In my spare time I love cooking, concerts and crafts. Through my love of music, I have been lucky enough to play in orchestras and string quartets in some amazing places.
Mr Craig Hodgkins
Site Manager
I have been at Stratford Primary for many years and was a debt collector before being a site manager. I have always enjoyed being a handyman and it is something that I do a lot of in my spare time so it is rewarding that I can do it as a job as well. I take a lot of pride in my work and always look to keep the school in pristine condition for all that attend. As well as the cleaning and caretaking, I also help with the school football team.
Outside of school I do a lot of gardening and DIY, both at home and for other people. I have 3 children, aged 9, 8 and 4, who are always keeping me on my toes. I have been married just over a year to my wife Ceri and we have recently bought our first family home. I play football every week and also go to the gym as often as possible.
